UK School Teacher Moonlights as Porn Star

Benedict Garrett, 30, is a sex education teacher in England who knows more about the Birds and the Bees than most. Until recently he was moonlighting as a hardcore porn star.  Garrett owned up to his secret life after students discovered he was already a stripper called Johnny Anglais who plugs his steamy routine on a website. Garrett – now suspended as a department head by school officials – is unrepentant.  He said:

“It is something I do in my personal life that doesn’t go against anything I teach the kids.

“There are many more immoral ways to earn money than romping in front of a camera.

“Lawyers defend pedophiles, bankers raise money using questionable means and large corporations often put finances ahead of the environment.”

Garrett insisted: “I’m not ashamed of what I’ve done.”

In my opinion, why should he be ashamed?  He wasn’t recruiting his students to join in his extracurricular activities.  He wasn’t like the priests of a certain well know Christian domination that were found to be abusing the students in their care for decades.  He wasn’t a teacher taking advantage of his young students for sex like Mary Kay Letourneau, Debra Lafave, Stephanie Ragusa, Lisa Robyn Marinelli, etc.  From what I can tell is that while he was on the clock, he was a professional educator.  And after dark he was an entirely different kind of professional.

Garrett admitted he often performs without protection – despite his role promoting safe sex to teenagers.

He insisted: “I believe the risk of catching anything from a fellow porn star is minute. The industry is strict about performers providing sexual health certificates.”

Garrett was a student hard-up for cash when his looks got him jobs as a “naked butler” with only a tiny apron to preserve his modesty.  He was working as a stripper when he was invited to audition as a porn star paid £300 ($450) a scene. Garrett said: “As a red-blooded male, I thought, ‘Why on Earth not?’ It was fantastic money for a student – and who wouldn’t want to romp with beautiful girls?”  But he vowed to turn his back on porn after he gained teaching qualifications.

He became head of Personal, Social, Health and Economic Education at Beal High School, Ilford, Essex, in 2008. Garrett said: “The job was fulfilling in many ways. But it became increasingly pressured and I realised it wasn’t for me.

“I contacted a firm that puts on fun Full Monty-style shows at pubs and social clubs. I started stripping at weekends and during school holidays. I love it. Another porn producer contacted me about shooting a film and I haven’t looked back.”

Garrett found he had been uncovered as a stripper when he caught pupils laughing.  He said: “News of the Johnny Anglais website had spread like wildfire. The school suspended me so they could investigate.”  And that’s when they found about out his films like European Honeyz 4.  Garrett, who accepts he may not teach again, now hopes to be a sex and fitness guru. He said: “Exciting times lie ahead.”
