Can somebody please explain to me why every time a new iPhone comes out everyone with an old iPhone bitches about not getting a reduced price?
No one bitches when a new Honda Insight comes out or a new Sony Bravia TV. Nowhere else can you or would you consider whining about not getting a price break on a new version of something you already have– much less do it a second time when it happens again.

You bought a piece of technology that the company that made it is constantly going to improve so that more people buy it. This will happen very quickly. If you always want the newest version you will constantly have to buy a new one. That’s how this works.
Steve Jobs is not going to wake up one morning and say “this is good” and rest because Joe Blow in Wisconsin finally caved and got an iPhone. If you hadn’t hadn’t been so much of a spaz and got one or both of the last two versions you could get the new one …now at the lower price.
I bet if you wait a few months you could get a newer version still. So go back to Starbucks and think before you speak again– while you suck down your $6.00 caramel frappuccino.
