I was horribly remiss in not having a St. Patrick’s Day post so here I am with a belated one.  I want to thank Dr. Dennis Leary for giving us the low down on the Irish delicacy of Shepherd’s Pie.

In all honesty, it sounds about as tasty as blood pudding or chitlins– let’s hear it for using every part of the animal in your cuisine.
